This portal reported yesterday that the Police had arrested five persons suspected to be involved in the murder of Mfantseman Member of Parliament, Ekow Quansah Hayford.
According to the police, the suspects “are being taken through lawful Police procedures”.
However, Peace FM’s Ashanti Regional correspondent, Samson K. Nyamekye in a report disclosed that police had apprehended three of the suspects in the Central region where he was murdered while the remaining two were grabbed in Ashanti region.
He further disclosed that one of the suspects carried with him the mobile phone of the late legislator.
