Reports reaching this portal indicate that Activa Insurance, a reputable insurance firm in the country has been hit with mass resignation in recent weeks, for reasons still pretty much unclear.
As of the time of filing this report, this portal understands that the Head of Agency, Head of Special Projects, Head of Broker, Claims team member and others have already tendered in their resignations and are no longer working with the insurance company.
ACTIVA International Insurance Ghana has their working staff to be less than sixty (60). It has therefore been a worry and great concern looking at the rate at which staff especially heads of department are resigning.
