Mahama Under Fire In Dagbon After Strangely Excluding Head Of Abudu Royal Family From His Courtesy Calls In His Thank You Tour

Former President John Dramani Mahama has been tagged as a divisive leader after his team conspicuously left out the head of the Abudu Royal Family, Mion Lana Abdulai Mahamadu from his Thank You Tour.

As part of his nationwide Thank You tour, the former President was scheduled to pay courtesy calls on a number of Chiefs in the Dagbon Area, including the Overlord himself, the Ya Naa.

The former President is also scheduled to pay courtesy calls on the Dakpema, Gukpe Naa, Lamashe Naa, Nyab Sagnari Naa, and the Yoo Naa.

However, strangely missing from the former president’s itinerary is the Head of the Abudu Royal family, Mion Lana Abdulai Mahamadu.

This has led to many indigenes of Dagbon accusing the former president of being a divisive leader, considering how long it took to restore peace to the Area.

However, Mr Mahama’s team has claimed that it was a genuine error on their part, and not deliberate or malicious as many believe.
