An aspiring National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Ishamel Ashitey has said former president John Dramani Mahama cannot be underrated under any circumstance.
According to him the 2020 NDC flagbearer understands the political terrain and the NPP will be taken by surprise should they underrate him.
He however insisted that the NPP does not fear Mr Mahama but want to stop the lies and propaganda he carries around.
