Let Egos Be Buried – Koku Anyidoho Begs NDC To Accept Nana Konadu Back

Samuel Koku Anyidoho, a Former Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) who served as Head of Communications under the Presidency of the late John Evans Atta Mills has declared 100% support for calls that Mrs. Rawlings should be brought back into the NDC.

His comment came after Dr. Zanetor Agyemang-Rawlings made a passionate appeal to the leadership of the NDC to consider bringing back the wife of the founder to the party. Dr. Zanetor made this appeal at a press briefing held at the party’s headquarters in commemoration of the passing of the late Jerry John Rawlings on Friday, November 12.

According to Zanetor, “in every family there is conflict, … but there are elders who will be part of the mediation of the conflict. We are calling on our elders. We don’t know what tomorrow holds. But if we want true victory, a convincing win, so that we can rescue the people of Ghana from where we are today.”

Reacting to Zanetor’s appeal, Koku Anyidoho, who is also the Founder and President of the Atta Mills Institute stated that “I support 100% the very deep, passionate, and profound, call by Hon. Ezanetor Rawlings, for the NDC to make efforts to stretch a hand of peace in the direction Mrs. Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings.” “Let egos be buried & Let the greater good of the NDC prevail. Let’s give it a try!” he further stated.
