Lawyers for investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas are set to cross-examine MP for Assin Central, Kennedy Ohene Agyei in the ongoing defamation suit filed by the journalist against the lawmaker.
The General jurisdiction court 2 division of the High Court presided by Justice Eric Baah has already heard the testimony of Mr Anas Aremeyaw Anas.
The journalist has brought a 25 million Ghana Cedis defamation suit against the lawmaker following some comments he made against him in the aftermath of the Number 12 documentary.
Mr Agyapong had described Anas as a blackmailer, extortionist, murderer, and evil.
