Kwadwo Sheldon Releases Video Evidence To ‘Expose’ NDC’s Opare Addo Over Invitation To NDC Event

The ongoing dispute between social media influencer Kwadwo Sheldon and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) continues to deepen as the party’s National Youth Organizer, George Opare Addo, popularly known as Pablo, has refuted claims that Sheldon was invited to an afternoon program in Bukom. This comes after Sheldon’s allegations that he declined the invitation because he was provided with pre-prepared questions to ask the NDC flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama.

Opare Addo clarified that his invitation to Kwadwo Sheldon was strictly for the launch of the NDC Youth Manifesto held at the UPSA auditorium. He emphasized that the influencer’s team actually honored that invitation and covered the event. However, Opare Addo firmly denied that Sheldon was ever invited to the afternoon event at Bukom, dismissing Sheldon’s claims as false and misleading.

“It is simply not true that Sheldon was invited to the Bukom event, let alone given pre-prepared questions,” Pablo stated. He expressed disappointment over what he described as a deliberate attempt by the influencer to stir controversy. According to Pablo, any assertions that Sheldon was invited to Bukom or asked to pose scripted questions are baseless.

Despite these denials, Kwadwo Sheldon has doubled down on his claims, releasing a video of a phone conversation purportedly between himself and the NDC organizer. In the video, Sheldon alleges that the discussion clearly indicates he was invited to the afternoon event and that there was mention of questions being prepared in advance. The release of the video has further escalated the public discourse, with supporters on both sides taking to social media to defend their respective positions.

This latest development adds another layer to the already tense exchange between Sheldon and the NDC. While Opare Addo maintains that the influencer’s claims are fabrications, Sheldon’s release of the recorded conversation is likely to keep the controversy alive as both parties continue to present their side of the story.

As the back-and-forth continues, it remains to be seen how this situation will be resolved, if at all. For now, the exchange between Sheldon and Opare Addo remains a focal point in the broader conversation about authenticity, political transparency, and the role of influencers in shaping public discourse.
