Sad reports emerging from Kumasi indicates that a young lady believed to be in her twenties has been shot to death around Dufie towers by her estranged boyfriend.
The relationship between the deceased and her boyfriend is rumoured to have collapsed after the deceased called for a breakup with the suspect following allegations of cheating on the part of the former by the latter.
After his pleas of a comeback were said to have been rejected by the deceased, the suspect is reported to have accosted the deceased and shot her at least five times leading to her death.
The body of the deceased has been deposited at the morgue awaiting autopsy, while Police continue investigations into the matter.
