Paramount Chief of Kpone, Nii Tetteh Otu II is said to have walked out on President Akufo-Addo over an artistic impression of a hospital project he was unhappy about.
According to Reports, the angry chief was blatantly unimpressed with the hopsital plan because he initially thought it was a storey building, however, that turned out to be false.
He poured his heart out to persons around him and stormed out of the venue.
President Akufo-Addo was at the venue to cut sod for he construction of the project.
