Former deputy general secretary of the NDC, Samuel Koku Anyidoho is heading to court to challenge his dismissal from the NDC.
Mr Anyidoho was officially dismissed from the NDC on 27th July 2021 following an initial suspension which had been slapped on him by the FEC of the NDC.
His dismissal was finalized after the disciplinary committee of the NDC, which he was investigating a case of anti-party conduct against him, found him guilty.
In a letter signed on behalf of the FEC by General secretary of the NDC, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, Mr Anyidoho was dismissed outright and asked to return all party property in his possession.
Mr Anyidoho is set to challenge his dismissal at the court as he claims he was not given a fair hearing.
