Koku Anyidoho Files Order For Substituted Service As Mahama Boy Runs From Lawsuit

Former deputy General Secretary of the NDC, Samuel Koku Anyidoho has through his lawyers, filed an order for substituted service with regards to his legal tussle against staunch NDC supporter, Dzifa Gunu.

Dzifa Gunu, a staunch NDC fanatic, and an ardent supporter of John Dramani Mahama had alleged that former deputy general secretary of the NDC, Koku Anyidoho, on some occasions travelled to Togo and Benin in a bid to use Juju on the Party’s 2020 flagbearer.

Dzifa Gunu, who had expressed disappointment in Mr Anyidoho’s apparent hostile posture towards his own party, also alleged that the founder of Atta Mills Institute has abandoned his own family because of a sidechick.

These allegations prompted a swift lawsuit from Mr Anyidoho vowed that he would make a scapegoat out of his party folk.

It appears the Court bailiff has been unable to serve the suit on Mr Gunu till date, prompting Koku to file for an order for substituted service.

He made this announcement via his Twitter page.
