Information garnered suggest that, the letter issued to the late Kaaka Ibrahim Mohammed, a social activist and #FixTheCountry campaigner was in relation to a video he filmed.
According to sources, the late Kaaka filmed some police officers on duty allegedly taking bribe.
This reacted to an issuance of a letter purported to be from the Ghana Police Service which they described his filming as “offensive behaviour”.
Excepts of the letter also added that, even though his conduct was a breach of peace, however there will be no further in case.
