The Ashanti Regional Chairman of the ruling NPP, Bernard Antwi Boasiako, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi has taken a swipe at the opposition National Democratic Congress for the delay in launching their manifesto.
According to him, a serious opposition party are always the first to come out with their manifesto before the ruling party follows suit.
He asserted that the NDC’s delay is a sign they can’t write a manifesto just like fowls can’t pass urine.
“In every serious country, the opposition party is supposed to come out with their manifesto but NDC has sat down for the ruling NPP ours out first. I christen their manifesto as a fake manifesto”, Wontumi stated.
The NDC have rescheduled their manifesto launch from Monday August 31, 2020 to September 7, 2020.
