Just In: NDC Triumphs In Sene West Parliamentary Elections Court Case

A Wenchi High Court has thrown out a case against EC and the NDC on the Sene West Parliamentary Elections by the NPP.

According to the court, the case lacks merit and it fined the NPP GHS14,000 for wasting the time of the court.

By this the EC can now go ahead to either count the snatched ballot box or conduct fresh election in that polling station only.
