The Secretary of the governing New Patriotic Party, Mr. John Boadu has dared former first lady, Lordina Mahama to refund to the state all allowances paid her between 2009 and June 2021, as the wife of a vice-president, president and former president.
In an interview monitored by GhanaFeed.com on TV Africa.
Mr Boadu said: “Let me say this emphatically: former president Mahama’s wife, Lordina Mahama, must, as a matter of urgency, refund all monies paid to her since January 2017 till now”.
According to John Boadu, Lordina Mahama’s refund from 2017 to 2021 will amount to GHC3.2m.
His comment comes after the Mrs. Akufo-Addo and Mrs. Bawumia revealed to refund all monies paid them.
