It’s ‘Useless’ Being An MP In Ghana; We’re Not Respected Enough – Kennedy Agyapong

Assin Central lawmaker, Kennedy Agyapong has described being a Member of Parliament in Ghana as a ‘useless’ job.

Speaking on Kingdom FM, he noted that although MPs are called Honorables, they’re not respected enough because people expect them to solve all their problems.

“Being an MP in Ghana is a very useless job aside an Assemblyman. People always come to you for money to take care of their families but the one time you refuse, they go about spoiling you and threatening not to vote for you,” he lamented.
