It Was A Mistake To Believe In The NPP – Actress Yvonne Nelson Regrets

Popular Ghanaian actress and movie producer, Yvonne Nelson has lamented the state of the country after almost four years of rule by the NPP government led by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

Yvonne Nelson has been a fierce critic of successive governments, mostly using her huge following as a celebrity to attempt to hold governments accountable to the people.

Though Yvonne was tagged as an NPP sympathizer, having led a massive demonstration against power outages during the tenure of the erstwhile government, she has been consistent with her criticisms of the current administration as well.

In a series of posts on Twitter, the actress insinuated that it was a mistake to trust the NPP to be different from the erstwhile administration.

Though she did not directly mention the NPP, it is obvious that her rants are directed at the party which she describes as a disappointment.
