Minister for Communications Ursula Owusu-Ekuful has questioned the role in which Kofi Attor, an aide to the Speaker of Parliament, performed when he received an official delegation to Parliament.
She doesn’t understand why the Clerk of Parliament asked the former MP for Ho to join the leadership of Parliament to welcome a delegation in a memo while there are public officials in the House, according to her.
“How does a ‘Advisor’ to the Speaker get official delegations and the head of protocol, on the direction of the Clerk, sends a memo to the leadership of Parliament to join Kofi Attor to accept official delegations to Parliament???” wondered the MP for Ablekuma West in a Facebook post.
“I haven’t been able to think very far!” In her piece, Ursula Owusu remarked, “Interesting times indeed.”
