I’m Only Resting At the Hospital– Ghana’s Health Minister Denies Having Contracted COVID-19

Ghana’s Minister of Health, Kwaku Agyeman Manu has denied reports which originated from Citi Fm that he has contracted coronavirus and he is receiving treatment at the University of Ghana Medical Centre (UGMC).

Kwaku Agyeman Manu is reported to have said that he is merely taking his diabetes medication and taking much-needed rest.

Despite Media journalist-Afia Pokuaa claims to have spoken to the Minister who informed her via a phone call that he has not tested positive for the virus as being reported.

Afia Pokuaa wrote on her Facebook Page “Spoke to the minister of health. He says he’s fine and doesn’t have COVID but only needed rest and his usual medication”
