I’m Being Fed By Churches And Mosques – Woyome

Embattled Ghanaian businessman, Alfred Agbesi Woyome has revealed that his current survival is largely dependent on the kindness of some churches and mosques.

Mr. Woyome made this disclosure in a conversation with Umaru Sanda Amadu on Citi TV’s Face2Face on Tuesday, June 16, 2020.

Aside these religious bodies, the troubled businessman also stated that he and his family also rely on the benevolence of friends and loved ones as they navigate their way through the long standing judgement debt scandal.

Asked if he is poor now, Mr. Alfred Agbesi Woyome declined to answer but prayed that no Ghanaian businessman experience the unfair treatment he is suffering now.

Mr. Woyome has unpopularly become popular in recent years with his long standing tussle with the state concerning a GH₵ 51M judgement debt refund.

Though he accepted that he’ll refund the money to the state, a defiant Woyome stated that the foundation of this case since its inception has been premised on lies. He added that he’ll write a book about his struggles and that of other businessmen who have sought to help the nation develop but have been met with stiff opposition from government authorities.
