I’ll Now Prophesy With Wisdom – Jesus Ahuofe ‘Repents’ After Returning from Jail

Bishop Stephen Kwesi Appiah, popularly known as ‘Jesus Ahuofe’ of the New Life Kingdom Chapel, has hinted that he’ll apply wisdom in his prophetic ministry.

Last year, the acclaimed man of God was arrested for allegedly causing fear and panic when he was seen in a viral video predicting the death of Shatta Wale.

In an exclusive interview with Christian Agyei Frimpong on Onua TV’s holiday season show, Onua Afenhyiapa, Jesus Ahuofe said he will prophesy if needed. Because not saying what God instructed him to is tantamount to disobedience, which he can’t afford because there are consequences.
But for the new regulations from the police, he will practice his prophetic ministry with caution.

“Like my senior colleague pastors said we will say what God has instructed us to but with wisdom. So we don’t get into trouble. For this reason, I am not going too far again.

“The IGP has not stopped us from prophesying. His only concerns are prophecies that cause fear and panic. We agree with him 100 per cent. Because according to the word of God in Romans 13:1, the Word admonishes us to humble ourselves under authorities,” Jesus Ahuofe opined.

He further alluded that he was ignorant of the law that forbids the prophet from predicting death on people. And advised his fellow colleagues to desist from doing the same.

“We didn’t know such laws exist. The IGP recently revealed it to us, so I am advising my fellow pastors to becareful not to get into trouble. Maybe theirs will be harsher than mine,” Bishop Akwasi Appiah admonished his colleague Prophets.
