Award-winning investigative journalist, Manasseh Azure Awuni has approved of the President’s appointment of COP George Akuffo Dampare as the new IGP.
Manasseh Azure has celebrated the credentials of Dr. Dampare, who he believes is up to the task.
Manasseh Azure, however, rejected assertions by some individuals that President Akufo-Addo deserves applause for appointing a youthful person as IGP.
According to Manasseh, Mr Dampare is not a youth so he rejects those assertions.
However, Manasseh Azure said his wish is that President Akufo-Addo will allow Mr Dampare the free-role to work.
