I Was A Teacher And A Headmistress, English Is Not A Problem For Me – Hawa Koomson To Critics

The Member of Parliament (MP) for Awutu Senya East, Hawa Koomson says she is not worried about being mocked for her English speaking.

Speaking on Asempa FM she said she worked for 21 years as a teacher and later headmistress and therefore English cannot be a barrier for her.

“Those who think I am poor in English should come again, because I was a former headmistress. At Cabinet too, we speak English, so why the hue and cry?” she quizzed.

Hawa Koomson was massively trolled after her vetting for her ‘poor’ command of the English language.
