I Trust Dr Kpessah Whyte Completely On His Evidence Against The EC Chair – Franklin Cudjoe

Founding President of Imani Africa, Franklin Cudjoe has said that he trusts completely the evidence given by Dr Michael Kpessah Whyte, the second witness for the petitioner in the 2020 election petition.

Dr Kpessah Whyte testified before the Supreme Court that the chairperson of the 1st respondent, Madam Jean Mensa instructed him and his colleague, Rojo Mettle Nunoo to go and confer with the petitioner, John Mahama on some issues of concern, only to declare the results behind the back without taking their concerns into consideration.

Mr Cudjoe, reacting to this on Facebook said he trusts Dr Whyte’s testimony because the EC chair did same to the people of SALL by denying them the opportunity to vote in the parliamentary elections after she had initially promised to allow them to vote.
