Former Central Regional Chair of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Bernard Allotey Jacobs has indicated that he has leanings with President Akufo-Addo and his Vice, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia and not the New Patriotic Party (NPP) as people think.
Mr Allotey, who is currently suspended by the National Democratic Congress (NDC) also noted that he knew the party was soon going to suspend his colleague, Koku Anyidoho.
According to him his connections in the NDC always notify him of sensitive information before it reaches the public space.
When asked if he, Allotey Jacobs will ever return to the party, he responded, “I have no qualms for the party suspending me. I was suspended and had to face the disciplinary committee. I made them aware my statements were of truth and for the development of Ghana. And for now, I am in support of Nana Addo and Bawumia. I don’t support the NPP”.
