Radio host Oheneni Adazoa has shared her emotional journey of being married for twenty years without having children. Speaking candidly on the Delay Show, the Sompa FM presenter opened up about the challenges and heartache she has faced in her pursuit of motherhood.
Adazoa remains hopeful, expressing faith that she will have a child someday. “I’ve been married for twenty years. I don’t have a child yet, but I’m still in search of one. It is not easy,” she admitted, describing the experience as a tough and long journey.
She emphasized that no one enters marriage intending to remain childless and urged people to be more empathetic toward couples facing similar struggles.
In a particularly touching part of her story, Adazoa revealed that she was the only daughter, and her mother, who passed away last year, was deeply affected by her inability to hold her grandchildren. According to her, the stress and worry her mother endured over this issue contributed to her declining health.
