I Have No Evidence That Kweku Baako Received Any Bribes – Ken Agyapong Admits To Lying In Court

Controversial MP for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong has beat an unusual retreat in Court in the defamation suit brought against him by veteran journalist, Abdul Malik Kweku Baako.

Mr Agyapong, while under cross-examination admitted that the allegations he made against the venerable Kweku Baako were without any basis because he has no evidence to back his claims.

Kennedy Agyapong, in his one of his usual rants on radio had accused Mr Kweku Baako of taking money from people and publishing stories to blackmail others.

However, while under cross-examination, Mr Agyapong admitted that his claims were false and were only made because he was angry about somethings Mr Baako allegedly said about him on radio.

Mr Kweku Baako brought the 25 million cedis suit against the MP following some allegations the MP levelled against him in the aftermath of the Anas expose’ on corruption in Ghana football.
