The Electoral Commission is currently in the process of compiling a new voters’ card ahead of the December polls.

The old voters’ ID displays the Ghana flag at the top left corner. Under it comes the  polling station code followed by the voter identification number, the bar code, age, sex, the registration date and full name of the voter.  The photograph shows at the right side with a red background.

The new voters’ card however, has the logo of the EC at the top right corner and the Ghana flag at the on the opposite of the same top corner.

The middle part of the card displays the voter surname, Other names, Sex, Polling station Code, Voter’s identification number, Date of birth, and date of registration.
