GUTA Calls For Closure Of Foreign Shops Illegally Operating At Circle

The Ghana Union of Traders Association(GUTA) have asked for the closure of some shops at Circle which the association says is not operating legally.

According to the association, most of these foreign shop owners have intentionally refused to follow the laid down requirement in governing the operations of these shops by GUTA.

Dr. Joseph Obeng, the President of the association in  a statement signed said, if there are any  future tension between the recalcitrant and GUTA, then the responsible institutions would have themselves to be blamed.
