Founding President of Imani Africa, Franklin Cudjoe has said that government is imposing a tax on petrol to recoup some money given to the Electoral Commission to procure some biometric devices ahead of the 2020 elections.

Mr Cudjoe and Imani Africa have been one of the fiercest critics of the Electoral Commission.
