Ernesto Yeboah, one of the conveners of the #fixthecountry movement has disclosed that some youth in Takoradi in the Western Region demanded guns from them to deal with politicians.
The leaders of the pressure group were in the Western Regional capital, Takoradi, last week for a street protest dubbed #TaadiDemo which was aimed at piling pressure on the Akufo-Addo government to bring good governance to the door step of the citizens.
Speaking on TV XYZ he noted that the youth are overwhelmingly fed up with the bad governance over the years and are willing to go on a rampage against politicians.
He said the people in most of the ghettos he entered in Takoradi asked that they are given guns to deal with politicians who they believe are the cause of their hunger and woes.
He called for a swift intervention by government to address unemployment.
