Ghanaians Can’t Afford Govt’s ‘So Called’ Affordable Housing Even If They Save For 30-Yrs – Kwesi Pratt

Seasoned Journalist, Kwesi Pratt has questioned the rationale behind government’s affordable housing project.

Speaking on Peace FM’s ‘Kokrokoo’ show, he noted that the houses built are not as affordable as been hailed by government.

To him, how affordable can the houses be when the average Ghanaian cannot afford it even if they save for 30-years.

‘When you hear about affordable houses and find out what the price is, you ask yourself affordable housing for who to afford? If this is affordable housing, then I wonder what a non-affordable housing is?,” he quizzed.
