GFA Puts GH¢50,000 Up For Grab For Anyone Who Can Give A Lead To Match Fixing

The Ghana Football Association has offered a reward of GH¢50,000 to anyone who can lead to evidence of match-fixing allegations in the Ghana Premier League.

This comes following a meeting of the Ghana Football Association’s senior brass to find a solution to the match-fixing problem.

Week after week, multiple match-fixing reports surface from Ghana’s elite league, but no substantive evidence has been presented to prosecute those who are engaged.

Scorelines of games have been released ahead to premier league and Division 1 league games in Ghana on several occasions.

The Ghana Football Association has always welcomed the general public to provide any important information that may lead to these match-fixing allegations.

The football association’s executive council has taken a step forward in gathering more information to combat the canker.
