The Ghana Football Association has officially filed a response to the protest initiated by South Africa.
Ghana’s response was filed yesterday, which happened to be the deadline for submission of any response.
The South African Football Association is calling on Fifa for a rematch of last week’s final world cup qualification preliminary meeting with Ghana.
According to SAFA, the match played at the Cape Coast stadium was manipulated and the referee was plainly bias against Bafana Bafana.
However, GFA believes the allegations by the South Africans are a joke and a purely disrespectful gesture by their counterparts.
In Ghana’s official response, they raise a number of legal breaches associated with the SAFA project and call on FIFA to impose the strictest punishment on South Africa for wasting everybody’s time.
