Controversial Lawyer, Maurice Ampaw has insisted that everyone requires a license and capacity from the state before engaging in sexual activities.
Speaking on Wontumi TV, the private legal practitioner noted that sex is a serious business and although one may have the capacity to involve in it, the state must provide a licence and capacity first.
He explained that the legal age for one to engage in sexual activities is 16, however the person cannot marry for a good reason.
“The license is given to you by law and the capacity is given to you by age,” he stated.
Lawyer Ampaw further asserted that no man can be happy without sex because of its benefits like decreasing stress, building confidence and facilitating aging process.
“Sex is very important and beneficial without it there is no life. Man will not be happy in life without sex.”
He quickly added that sex is a private activity that must not be disclosed to anyone.
