Ghana heads to the polls on December 7 to choose its President for the next four years with many wondering who will emerge victorious.
For ace journalist Manasseh Azure Awuni, he believes the upcoming elections is up for grabs among the two leading parties, NDC and NPP.
Taking to Facebook with #2020Determinants, Manasseh posted that “Mahama hasn’t done much towards win. Akufo-Addo has done much towards defeat.”
He projected that “A high turnout in Ashanti Region remains Akufo-Addo’s strongest leg in the 2020 election.”
“People are losing hope in our politics but 2020 will record a higher voter turnout than 2016”, Manasseh added.
The journalist backed the assertions that policies won’t have a major say on who party faithfuls will vote for, stating that “a typical Asante or Ewe voter does not care about free SHS or roads or hospitals. Floating voters are deciders.”
