The Electoral Commission has in a statement denied claims by the aspiring Member of Parliament(MP) for Ketu South, Dzifa Gomashie that the Commission had halted the voter card registration and were rather registering Ghana Card.
The EC described the allegations as untrue and unfortunate which has the tendency of creating unnecessary tensions and disaffection for the Commission and its staff.
It called on the good people of Ghana to disregard the claims which they deemed unfounded.
