Each Ghanaian Owes GHc1,700 Under Mahama, GHc11,300 Under Nana Addo – Gabby Darko Exposed NPP

Founder of Danquah Institute, Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko on the 19th september, 2013 made a statement about John Mahama Administration over Ghana’s debt.

In Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko’s statement as at that time in 2012, Ghana’s debt stock stood at GHC28.3 billion and move up to GHc44bn after one year under Mahama led Adminstration which made it for each Ghanaian to own the nation GHc1,700.

When John Mahama took over in July 2012, Ghana’s debt stock stood at GHC28.3 billion. A year on, it is now at GHC44bn.

Domestic debt alone jumped from GHC13.7bn to GHC24bn over the period. Today, every Ghanaian owes GHC1,700. This is clearly a govt for the youth.

But Today, the Ghana public debt is GHc334 billion and every Ghanaian owes GHS11,300.
