The Executive Director of the Media Foundation for West Africa, Sulemana Braimah has told Ghanaians to demand accountability from government on how the millions of cedis from the Covid-19 funds were used.
In a post he said that is the only way the Ghanaian people can be convinced to subscribe to the E-levy.
“When they seek to convince you about E-Levy, tell them to account for the Millions of COVID-19 Funds first,” he wrote.
His comment comes after the First Deputy Speaker dismissed a motion to probe monies spent on the Covid-19 pandemic.
