An elderly man stood up to challenge a Prophet for disparaging the leader as the nation struggles with a faltering economy and poor management under President Nana Akuffo-Addo.
The elderly man, who wished to remain unnamed, asserted that the Prophet lacked the right to criticize the President and his team.
He emphasized that the Prophet’s duty was to offer prayers for the country and its rulers, not to disparage and condemn them.
The elderly man continued, “Instead of just pointing fingers and condemning the President, the Prophet should concentrate on finding answers to the nation’s issues.”
He suggested that rather than dividing people and hindering the nation’s progress, the Prophet ought to use his platform and authority to foster understanding.
