President Nana Akufo-Addo has stated that, the country is going through difficult times but shouldn’t be blame on Ghana’s difficulties.
According to him, John Mahama did not set any basis for him to stand on in order to get things done quickly, but instead focused on cleaning up the mess Mahama left behind before turning over to him.
People should not hold him responsible for the country’s problems. He went on to say that the country’s current predicament is not his fault. He is, however, urging everyone to give the government their full support in order for the government’s ambitions to become a reality. This will make a difference.
“I acknowledge that Ghanaians are going through a terrible moment; some people are attempting to blame it on me, but you know that is not the true. I am optimistic that if you all support this administration’s agenda, we will be able to turn things around. I’m now fixing the mess in the country” he stated.
He stated this when he commissioned the New Patriotic Party’s Constituency Office in Juaben.
