Information Minister designate, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has obtained 155 majority Yes Votes against 110 No votes to be passed as Minister after the conclusion of the vetting process.
This was after votes were cast at the plenary session of parliament yesterday.
Kojo Oppong Nkrumah was among 3 ministers who were initially rejected by the minority members on the appointments committee of parliament.
The remaining two; Hawa Koomson and Dr Afriyie Akoto have also been passed by a majority decision after the initial rejection.
Fisheries and Aqua Culture Minister-designate Hawa Koomson secured 161 Yes votes with 104 No votes, whiles Agric Minister-designate Dr Afriyie Akoto who was disqualified for his arrogance during the vetting had 143 Yes votes and 121 No votes.
