Deep Down Mahama Is Impressed By His Numbers At December 7 Polls – NPP

The ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) have claimed that former president John Dramani Mahama has been highly impressed with the figures he had in the 2020 polls because he never expected it.

Speaking on Happy FMs Epa Hoa Daben political talk show, NPP’s Director for Communications, Yaw Buaben Asamoa noted that the NDC knew they were going to be utterly humiliated contrary to their claims now after the elections.

“Mahama was surprised at getting the number of votes he managed at the December 7 polls because he knew he was not capable of it,” he said.

According to him the elections were not rigged because President Akufo-Addo won deservedly.

Meanwhile the NDC have petitioned the Supreme Court to challenge the results.
