Dec Polls: EC To Declare Results Within 24-Hours

The Electoral Commission has hinted that it is doing all it can to ensure that the results of the December 2020 polls is announced within 24-hours.

If it becomes possible, it’ll be the first time under the fourth republic the commission has declared election results in 24-hours.

Director of Electoral Services, Dr. Serebour Quaicoe, made this known at a national dialogue on electoral violence held at the instance of the Youth Bridge Foundation in collaboration with the EC.

The elections is scheduled to take place on December 7, 2020.
