Davido Fulfills His Promise After 292 Orphanages Share N250 Million – Provides Evidence
Singer David Adeleke, aka Davido, has once again won the hearts of Nigerians after fulfilling the promise he made some months ago.
In November 2021, the singer asked his friends to gift him N1 million ahead of his birthday.
He was gifted N200 million in less than 48 hours. He added his donation of N50 million and gave it all out to charity.
Davido has taken to social media to update fans and followers regarding the birthday donation to orphanages across the country.
Equally, he shared documents showing the list of various orphanages and money given to them.
Releasing an official statement, the musician reminded people of the five-man committee set up to monitor the efficient disbursement of the funds.
According to the singer, N250 million has now reached 292 orphanages.
The music star equally expressed his sincere gratitude and appreciation to everyone who donated as he stressed the importance of helping others.
