Court Forced to Adjourn Sosu’s Case After Bagbin Told Them NDC MP Is Out of the Country
The Kaneshie District Court in Accra has adjourned the case involving Member of Parliament for Madina Francis-Xavier Sosu to November 16.
According to a report by Starr FM, the police received a letter from the Speaker of Parliament indicating that Lawyer Sosu is out of the country on Parliamentary duties.
In court on Monday, Assistant Superintendent of Police Sylvester Asare represented the police while Lawyer Victor Kodjogah Adawudu represented Sosu.
The case which was held in Chambers has subsequently been adjourned to November 16, 2021, for him to appear.
