Gabby Otchere-Darko, a leading member of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) has chided the Black Stars of Ghana following their shambolic display against Gabon in the ongoing African Cup of Nations.
According to him, the coach of the Black Stars, Milovan Rajevac is a ‘disaster’ who was comfortable with the team leading by one goal to nil.
Gabby tweeted after the match “Ghana did not deserve to win. That simple. Only one moment of brilliance – the Ayew goal. The rest was a bundle of rudderless mediocre. The coach, frankly, is a disaster. He was happy to sit dangerously on a 1 nil advantage and it predictably ended to our disadvantage. Sad!”
Ghana drew 1:1 with Gabon after a last minute equaliser.
We’ll play our last game against Comoros with hopes of a slim qualification to the next round.
