Change In NDC Caucus: Sam George Reveals That NDC MPs Have Already Voted For Their Preferred Leaders

MP for Ningo Prampram, Sam Nartey George has revealed that the NDC MPs have already been made to vote for their preferred leaders to lead the caucus in the 8th parliament.

The current leadership of the NDC caucus in parliament, led by MP for Tamale South, Haruna Iddrisu have come under severe criticism from Party supporters who believe they have sold their conscience against party interest.

Last week, General Secretary for the NDC, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah hinted that the NDC may change their leadership in parliament, after they had shelved the decision because of the 2020 election petition.

However, Ningo Prampram MP, Sam George has confirmed that a proposed change in caucus leadership is on course as he revealed that MPs have already been made to vote for their preferred leaders.

According to him, all sixteen regional caucuses of the Party have already sent their proposals to the headquarters of the party for consideration.
