According to investigations, Alhaji Asoma Banda, Fadel Banda, William Asare, Abigail Asamoah, and Kwaku Antwi-Bosiako served as directors of Antrak, with Fadel and his mother holding the majority of the shares. Alhaji Banda gave management and control to his son and first wife at the height of its dominance as a compromise so they could get by. The only local airline at the time went bankrupt in less than five years.
