Captain Smart Arrest: Media General Issues Strongly-worded Statement; Blames Employee’s Arrest On Intolerance –

The Media General Group, owners of Onua FM an TV have issued a statement in the aftermath of the arrest of Morning Show host, Captain Smart.

Captain Smart was arrested and sent to the Nima Police Station where his statement was taken.

He Was subsequently released from Police custody.

However, Smart’s employers, Media General in a Strongly-worded Statement has chastized the Police for what they term as intolerance.

According to the Media organization, a careful analysis of Captain Smart’s statement reveals that it did not warrant arrest.

The company has thrown it’s weight behind Captain Smart, lamenting the”increasing arrest” of journalists who are merely doing their job.

Meanwhile, Captain Smart is expected to be on air today for his show.
